I am using Legacy Zendesk Chat and I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
To recover your password
- Open the following link: https://dashboard.zopim.com.
- Enter your agent email under Email Address.
- Click Forgot Password?
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link to reset your password will be active for 2 hours, after that time has passed if you and have not reset your password you will need to initiate a new link with the steps above.
