How do I reset my Zendesk Chat password?

    I do as steps given above but I didn't receive any mail from zendesk so any other way I don't understand why email is not receive on my mail from zendesk

    Hi Rachel,

    Are you using a standalone Chat account or do you have Chat integrated with Zendesk Support?

    If you're using an integrated Chat account, you'll want to take a look at the following article to reset your password for Support: How do I reset my password when I can't sign in?

    If you're using a standalone Chat account and are still not receiving these emails, you may wan to check your Spam folder on your email providers side to make sure they're not being delivered there.

    I have same problem. I tried chang my password but i didnt take any email in anywhere. How can ı do?

    Hi Destek,

    Please double-check your spam folder to make sure the email didn't end up there, we also recommend checking with your email administrator if it isn't in your spam folder. Sometimes company email policies end up blocking the email from arriving in your inbox and the emails need to be recovered by your IT team.
