I have scheduled a dashboard to be sent every week but my users are not receiving my email. What can I do?
There are a couple of points you can check that may help you understand what happened to the scheduled emails.
- Sometimes automatic emails get stuck in the spam filters of your recipients. Make sure they double check the spam folder of their inbox.
- In your dashboard, click Deliver and confirm the frequency used is the one you intended.
