I’m trying to share a dashboard to someone in our organization, but I’m not seeing their name as available to share with.
You can only share dashboards with agents who have Explore enabled in Zendesk Support.
To check if an agent has Explore enabled in their profile
- In Support, click the Admin icon () in the sidebar, then select Manage > People.
- Select agents.
All the agents are displayed here.
- Locate the agent you want to share the dashboard with and then click their name.
- On the left hand side panel, make sure the Explore toggle is On.
