Important: Zendesk removed Message for Suite customers on October 30th, 2020. We will announce a later removal date for all remaining Message customers. Where possible, please consider migrating to the Social messaging add-on. As part of the removal process, new Facebook pages can no longer be added to Message accounts.
Assignment appears in the conversation log but isn't visible to the end-user. When you reply to a conversation, it's automatically assigned to you.
To view conversations assigned to you
- Click the Mine tab at the top of the panel
To assign a conversation
- Click the dropdown next to the agent icon in the conversation list or an open conversation
To assign yourself the next conversation
- Click the Serve Next button in the lower left. You're automatically assigned the longest waiting visitor.
