    Hello John,

    As mentioned here the processes described in this article apply to Legacy Chat users (Chat-only and integrated with Support). To determine which version you’re using, see Determining your Zendesk Chat account version.

    Could I please confirm the version of the Zendesk Chat that you have and what kind of settings are you looking for? Thanks in advance!
