    I'm a little confused by the added attributes. If you add an attribute in Connect, how does it relate to the fields associated with the user in Zendesk. If I wanted to use user tags or custom fields as attributes, do I just have to type the name of it in connect?

    Hey Katie,

    Only certain types of user data automatically sync to Connect. Custom fields that are text fields or number fields will sync automatically. User tags and drop-down fields will not sync automatically.

    Is it only user data that automatically syncs from support to Connect? Or does organization level data sync as well? @Brett You mentioned "only certain types" - Is there documentation on what types those are?

    We have a custom organizational text field that is filled in by the new Salesforce to Zendesk integration that we're not seeing in Connect. Is that expected?
