    Hi all! I'm so sorry there's mix-ups with the webinar sign ups. I'm reposting the sign up links here directly for quick reference:

    It does look like the links in-between the various sign up pages are broken so we are fixing those for easier navigation. 

    We've also confirmed that while registrations to APAC and AMER are going to the right places, the confirmation emails have swapped the date / time. We will uncross those wires and send follow up emails to anyone who got incorrect information. Apologies for the confusion!

    As Luke mentioned above, we're rolling out the new interface gradually over the course of today and tomorrow. Sit tight, you'll have it soon!

    As for your access issue, I'm going to go ahead and create a ticket so our Support team can take a closer look for you. See you there shortly!

    Happy to report I registered for the 10amPT and received the correct time of 12pmCST.  Thanks.

    Question - if we have a customized Help Center design will we need to make modifications?  Please advise with any links to resources on how to do so.  Thanks!

    Corrin & Diana,

    You won't have make any changes to your Help Center. For end-users it remains the exact same as today. For your agents they will see slight changes to the navigation bar at the top which is changing from dark to white, but otherwise your Help Center continues to work exactly like before.

    Since Zopim is being changed to "Zendesk chat" and essentially seems to be viewed more as part of the core function of Zendesk. Will this function now be consolidated into the regular cost of Zendesk vs an add-on? Hopefully this is answered here or on the what's new call/webinar.

    Hi Joel and Ryan,

    Today's rebrand and UI updates will not impact pricing. You can activate Zendesk Chat Lite with any Zendesk Support plan which includes a single chat agent for free. More info on pricing here: https://www.zendesk.com/product/pricing/

    I have been getting "Network Error to login for the Americas registration site - for that matter any Zendesk apps / marketplace.

    Walter - the webinar is scheduled for Nov 17 so for right now you'll only get the registration page. 

    Eckhard - sorry for the conflict in timing, if you register for the webinar we will be sending out a recording afterwards so you can watch it at your convenience. 

    Sholagunda - are you having trouble loading the sign up page for Americas here: https://www.zendesk.com/support/webinar/whats-new-product-updates-november-2016-amer/ or are you having issues once you click submit on the form? I can't replicate any errors with the registration on my end.

    How do you turn off the ZD branding that just magically appeared in our support site footer - not cool. We've worked hard to match the footers across all our properties and now this one is different.

    Also, Zopim...sorry...ZD Chat is not appearing in the Product Tray.

    Hey Scott!

    At the top of your Help Center, click General > Customize design, and scroll down to the bottom of the left-hand menu. Then just uncheck the box under the Powered by Zendesk logo section, and click Publish changes. That should take care of it.

    As far as the product tray issue, I'd recommend shooting a ticket over to Support so they can take a look at your specific set up!

    We have a couple items in the product tray that should not appear.  We don't currently use chat or talk.  How do we remove these?

    Hey Corrin!

    I checked on this for you, and I was able to confirm that all of the product icons show up for everybody, regardless of which products you use. We placed them there so you'd have easy access to get more information and sign up for a trial if you're interested in learning more! We definitely welcome your feedback on it as you get settled into the new design, though, so let us know how you get on with it. :)

    Is Zendesk Chat no longer available in the sidebar? We have the app installed, but can only access Zendesk Chat from the tray (which opens chat in a second tab).

    Hi Benjamin,

    Yes, Zendesk Chat is no longer available in the side bar. You can chat via the topbar, and can access the original sidebar app via the product tray as you have remarked. we announce that here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/228987548-Coming-Soon-Updates-to-the-Zendesk-Interface#zopim-product-tray
