    How does the bi-annual recertification work? You have to take the test twice a year and pay each time?

    Yes, you repay and take our master exam every 2 years to retain your certification.

    Hi Daniel! I'm glad the course helped you with the exam! We are working on adding adding a downloadable .PDF certificate and a certification number to our certifications but for now I suggest you just list the certification name, certification authority (Zendesk) and the completed and expiration dates to the certification accomplishment record.

    Hello. There is a 2 week waiting period between exam attempts and the full $350 is required to re-purchase the exam after a failed attempt.
