What about the font & UI change, that's new...?

I think your style fix to target the app rating hit too wide. My dropdown menu for my Followup app is now clipped, even though I has an z-index set that worked before.
Might be related to the overflow:auto style that seems to have been added.
Whatever you did the side panel with the ticket fields on the left of Agent View is awesome. It is so much faster and responsive!
