    I would really like to see what it looks like for the survey recipient. Are they getting an email or a pop-up???

    We are using a pop-up via Delighted currently. Would love to see you have a pop-up widget that shows based on triggers we could manage on our Zendesk dashboard.

    Hey Jason,

    It sounds like what you're looking to do is push a notification via the web push channel. More information here: Using the web push channel

    That being said, this would need to be configured within Connect as you can't use Support Triggers to show this information.
