Many customers get started with Connect by importing a CSV file, which allows you to:
- Import all of your users, historic and/or current, into Connect
- Send broadcast campaigns
- Segment your users for targeted campaigns
- Measure your campaign’s performance by counting opens and clicks
Note: If you are part of the Support to Connect integration Limited Availability release, you do
not need to import your test users, and can skip to Checking your test user profiles.
