    Hi,

     

    I'm not seeing the option to view this in our Zendesk. Have these options changed?

    Hey Khajik,

    This is only available on Support Enterprise plan levels and you must be the Account Owner to have access to this usage report.

    If you're on Support Enterprise and the owner of the account, let me know and we can troubleshoot further for you.
