We made an error to our CDN configuration that disabled the loading of apps and attachments. This has been reverted and we are monitoring recovery.
Customer Impact Duration: Three minutes
On March 13, at 16:18 UTC (9:18 PDT), our monitoring alerted us of availability issues for assets hosted on one of our attachment serving domain as well as the App Marketplace.
This coincided with a change in our CDN configuration meant to only effect our staging environment.
The change was immediately reverted to reestablish access for the impacted accounts.
In order for this specific scenario not to occur in the future, we have added verification and vetting processes, similar to our production environment, for changes meant for our staging environments.
