We are seeing an issue with views not populating correctly and stale search results affecting a number of Pod 8 customers.
During this incident, customers would see stale views, stale search results ,and updates to certain resources (e.g. articles) would appear not to be saved. The incident was the result of a large bulk user and organization update that caused significant database performance issues. The issue self resolved itself after the the job was completed. In order to prevent this from happening again, we will be adding database backoff tools for bulk organization update and delete jobs and improving rate limiting around organization bulk updates.
