Some customers may be experiencing general ISP issues connecting to the internet, which may affect their ability to connect Zendesk Services. After investigation we can see that all Zendesk Services are up and running properly.
On June 29th, 2018 at 9:38 AM PDT / 16:38 UTC, some customers were unable to access their Zendesk accounts. The incident was caused by cuts to an internet service provider’s fiber lines resulting in a nationwide outage for the ISP’s customers. Once our Network Operations team learned of the ISP outage, we began re-routing affected accounts away from the affected routes to restore access. Shortly after, the ISP resolved the issue and all customers were able to access Zendesk again.
