All existing customers that have access to the the Subscription interface
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts
These restrictions apply to changes for all Zendesk products. Subscription changes are found in the following area:

Why we're doing this:
Critical changes to our product infrastructure and billing system are going into effect across our customer base. These changes require that there is no activity within our subscription services during this window.
Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
Yes, new Trial customers will be able to purchase all Zendesk products as normal. However, any newly converted trials will be subject to the same plan and billing restrictions as listed above. That is, once you're a paying customer, you won't be able to make changes to your subscription until the maintenance window is over.
