Is there a way to conditionally hide results?  For instance, if a row does not contain any data, hide that row?  I sometimes have agents who do not touch tickets for the past week and I don't want their name showing with empty data in a chart.

    Thanks!

I have a 1 x 3 table with 3 results displayed in the first row. When I hide the first 2 columns, the entire result disappears. What's going on here? I'd appreciate your help with this, but judging from your response time with the last two gentlemen, I probably won't hear back from you for two years...

Hi Eric, thanks for the question. I tried to replicate this here, but was unable to reproduce the error. If you're willing, would you be willing to post a before and after screenshot of what you're trying to accomplish? Alternatively, we can open a ticket to have someone work with you to look at this. Thanks!

    Hi Judd,

Can you explain in depth how you've built your report?
I would assume that you could add a filter and exclude all null values. :-)

Hi James. Once you've created the chart, go into the Display format menu (second icon down on the right of the screen) and click Y axis. Once you're in the Y axis menu, click "Hide Y axis title"

    Hope that helps!

Eric Haley How did you end up resolving the issue where all of your data disappears when hiding columns? I'm running into that too.

    Hey Rob,

How do you hide on this query "#Tickets" header?
