Enabling cookie consent for the Chat widget

    I can't view the article "Using the Chat widget JavaScript API." for some reason, even after signing up to Zendesk support the page tells me I'm not authorised to access the article.

    How can I access it?

    Hey Jay,

    I just clicked on the link and as far as I can tell that article is available to everyone regardless of whether you are signed in or not. Can you try accessing this page in an Incognito window or another browser to see if that helps?

    Thanks for the reply. I'm a developer and trying to find out how to enable cookie law mode for the Classic Web Widget.

    If I try to visit https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007912068

    firstly I'm asked to log in and then I get the following message:
