    Does this only work for Zendesk chat? Or can i get this to work with Zendesk support as well?

    At this time, Bot Handover is strictly a feature tied to Chat and not available in Support. I would recommend sharing your feedback and use case in our feedback forums so our dev team can consider your request for future updates.

    thank you for your quick reply!

    I understand, I just left a post on the feedback forums.

    On the other hand, I contacted one of your Zendesk chat agents yesterday and confirmed me that "Zendesk Message has already been removed and will no longer be available as a feature of Zendesk Chat. This means that, it is no longer possible to use this functionality."

    Therefore, it's no longer possible to set up Bot Handover to Zendesk Chat, isn't it?
