Enterprise customers using Legacy versions of Zendesk Chat can customize their chat widget branding by removing the Zendesk Chat logo from the bottom right-hand corner of the widget, like in the following example:
If you use Zendesk Support's Enterprise or Enterprise Elite plan along with Zendesk Chat Enterprise, you can also remove the Zendesk logo from your widget or chat embeddable in the Web Widget. For details, see Configuring the components in your widget.
