How can you use Connect?
Connect is completely configurable, so your campaigns can be tailored to your business strategy and customer base. It is a one-stop shop for personalized, scalable communication with your customers throughout their entire lifecycle:

How do you start?
Visit the Connect website. There, you can get a tour of the product, watch a demo, and sign up for your free 14-day trial. If Connect seems like a good fit for your organization, you can view pricing details or contact a sales representative.
When you’ve created an account, you can start using Connect to communicate with your customers.
Connect can accept data through either CSV import or an integration with our API. To get started quickly with Connect, we recommend beginning with the CSV import, which allows you to use broadcast campaigns, and then moving on to the API integration for trigger-based campaigns.
CSV import
The CSV Import Path unlocks the ability to use Connect’s broadcast campaigns. This means you will be able to send targeted messages to segments of users based on their attributes. This is the fastest way to start using Connect.
The CSV Import lets you:

Import your entire historical user base and their important attributes

Create broadcast campaigns - which go out at a set time, targeting users based on their attributes

Once you’ve completed importing your historical customers via CSV, you can send your first broadcast campaign.
API integration path
The Api integration path unlocks the Ability to use both trigger-based campaigns and broadcast campaigns. This means you will be able to built automated messages and have your user data automatically updated in real time.
This integration path requires a programmer/engineer from your company, and unlocks the rest of Connect’s feature set. Once you setup the API Integration you will be able to:
- Create trigger-based campaigns, which are always live, and are sent to specific users at the time they complete a certain goal, or fit a definition you’ve set up - in addition to broadcast campaigns
- Filter based on event data
- Automatically update user profiles
- Create custom campaign goals
