    Dear Zendesk Support,

    May I know why is the call recording not available when a Zendesk ticket is auto-created upon a completion of a phone call? The browser that I am using for both Zendesk and my telephone system is Mozilla Firefox. Please refer to screenshot below for reference.

    Hello Jee Han,

    Call recording not being available can be caused by a few variables. I would recommend looking at this article which will help you troubleshoot this issue. If you still are being impacted by this after, let us know so we can look into this further for you.

    Hey Devan - Community Manager,

    Thanks for the reply. Upon further troubleshooting it turns out that there isn't any issues of the call recordings not being available in the tickets while using Google Chrome browser. However, my telephone system works best with Mozilla Firefox as the browser of choice.

    Hence can you guys figure out why is it that it works for Google Chrome but not for Mozilla Firefox? Any browser restricted configuration that causing this issue?

    Hi Jee Han,

    If it's working in Chrome but not Firefox the first thing we'd recommend checking is if Firefox needs to be to be updated to a newer version. Our Support System Requirements are listing the two latest versions of Firefox as supported.
