All existing customers that have access to the the Subscription interface (account owners and admins)
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions for brief periods during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts
These restrictions apply to changes for all Zendesk products. Subscription changes are found in the following area:

Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
New trials can be created but these trials will not be able to convert to purchased accounts during this window.
