My agents receive the message You do not have permission to create new users when trying to create new users through tickets. How can I change their permissions?
When you restrict agent access to tickets within their group, those agents can no longer update end-user information or add end users to tickets.
If you want your agents to be able to create end users, change their permission to access All tickets or upgrade to Zendesk Support Enterprise to use custom roles.
