Is there a way to exclude the internal notes when printing or saving the ticket?
Yes. To do this, use your browser's print function, rather than the print option that appears in the ticket.
- Open the ticket you wish to print.
- Just above the comment stream, select the Public filter option, so that internal notes are hidden as per the below screenshot.
- Select the "print" option available in your browser, and print or save as PDF.
