On May 23rd, 2019 from 13:59 UTC to 14:40 UTC some customers on Zendesk Support across all pods were not able to see the content of the tickets which would show ticket comments as blank.

The issues with blank pages when accessing Support tickets on Pods 13, 14, 17, 19 and 23 has now been resolved. You may need to clear cache and cookies to view the tickets correctly.
Root cause Analysis
The offending code was rolled back, after initial deployment, with users seeing correct product behavior after a browser refresh.
