    You may edit the CSAT automation that it fires more times than once.

    I would pay attention to the 'unoffered' condition, and maybe add multiple automations with tags that fire only if the previous automation was fired before, for example:

    'offeredCSAT1', 'offeredCSAT2', etc.

    I have also found an automation recipe that may be similar to what you are trying to achieve since it goes you an idea of how to set up a sequence of automations that notify the users, you would just have to optimise it for CSATs.
