Is there any way to remove the ability to download attachments or limit who can do this?
Attachment downloads can be limited to authenticated users, but the ability to download attachments cannot be removed.
To limit who has access to attachments in tickets:
- Enable the require authentication to download option which is off by default.
- Enable private attachments.
With these settings, users must be signed in to view shared file links in tickets or email notifications.
