    Is it possible to also display more ticket fields directly in the list ? Otherwise my customers have to open every single ticket just to check what priority is assigned to them - this wastes a lot of time in larger organizations.

    Hello Kirill Soloviev,

    To have more display ticket fields aside from the default provided, you would need to create custom ticket fields. These should then show up, allowing you not to have to force your customers to open every single ticket. Just ensure that these custom fields are no Agent only.     Hello Devan,

    I am also looking to have more columns show at the end user side so that, like Kirill mentioned, they don't need to open each one of the tickets to see the custom fields labels.

    There's not a built-in way to add extra fields, but it is possible to achieve this via custom code – see Can I add custom fields to my customer's view?
