Can I still receive calls forwarded to my phone even when I close my browser?

    If you are logged into Zendesk Talk, and marked Online and then close your browser.  How is an agent notified that a call comes in?  Are there any settings to revert to Offline when a User closes out a browser?

    An agent isn't notified, which results in frustrating customers.
    There are no automated solutions for this at the moment.
    Only the agent self or an admin can change the status of the Talk Agent.

    Building on this - you can choose to forward Talk calls to an agent's desk within operating hours, which will ring their handset regardless of the condition of the browser, as long as they have set themselves to 'online.'  Please note the agent will have to press a key to indicate they are a human to avoid sending a call to their personal voicemail.  More information is available here:
