Question
How can I see all the posts that were made in my community?
Answer
You can see all the posts made in your community on the posts page by accessing https://yourdomain.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts.
You can then filter the results using the Show all drop-down list and sort the order of your posts by the following criteria:
- Sort by newest post - Shows posts in reverse chronological order (most recent post to oldest post) of when they were created. This is helpful for seeing the newest posts that have been made.
- Sort by recent activity - Orders the posts by activity, meaning that if a post has received a new comment or vote, it shows up in reverse chronological order by the last time an action was taken on a post. This is helpful to see where users are active and help you identify new comments on existing posts.
- Sort by votes - Orders the posts from highest votes to lowest. This can be helpful to see which posts your community is finding most useful or likes the most.
- Sort by comments - Orders the posts by those with the highest number of comments. This is helpful to see which posts are generating the most conversation in your community.
