How do I resolve the forecast_error_year_missing when trying to predict tickets in Zendesk Explore?
When you are using date levels, make sure that you have all the appropriate levels in the query for the results to be accurate and in the right order.
If you use the attribute [Week of year] and you have more than one year of data, the results are aggregated. For example, week 1 shows results for month 1 of 2018 and 2019 added together.
For this reason, you also need to use the [Year] level on the query, before the [Week of year], to split everything out and keep it in the right order. This solution also can be utilized when trying to show results in a month format.
