On June 18, 2019 from 14:22 UTC to 16:55 UTC Zendesk Sell customers experienced issues with Google Calendar integration, preventing calendar syncing and new event creation when interfacing with Google Calendar.

We are aware of an issue affecting the integration between Zendesk Sell and Google Calendar. This will prevent calendar syncing and new event creation when interfacing with Google Calendar. Once Google Calendar service is restored, operations will continue syncing as normal.

We have just received confirmation that the problem with Google Calendar has been resolved, the integration with Sell should be functioning once more. Changes during this outage should be automatically updated.
Root cause Analysis
Zendesk Sell’s Google Calendar integration experienced a issues with syncing and new event creation, which were attributed to a Google Calendar service disruption.
Following the resolution of the Google Calendar disruption, the Sell Google Calendar integration began working again.
