When does the padlock icon appear on articles in the KC app?

    Hey Elissa! I wanted to clarify on the above-if an article is set to visible by Everyone, why would the padlock show up? It makes sense to me it would show up if it was restricted to certain groups like agents/managers or signed in users. Just wanted to make sure!

    Thanks for that! That was a mistake. If the article visibility is set to Everyone, the padlock shouldn't show up. Apologies for that.
