What happens to drop-down values in Explore when the ticket field value is modified?
- If you change a field label (but not the tag) the new label appears in Explore reports, and the old label does not appear anywhere. This is due to the value being associated with the tag value not the label.
- If you change a tag value on a drop-down ticket field, the old tag still appears as part of the attribute in Explore, and the new tag is associated with the field label name.
- If you delete a field value entirely, the tag still appears in Explore for reporting on your closed tickets. The field label no longer appears.
