Zendesk Talk provides a code snippet that you can use to embed a ‘Call us now’ button in your website. This button provides mobile customers with a one-touch way to call your Zendesk Talk number.
The button is displayed as shown below on your website, with your Talk phone number.

Adding and configuring the code snippet
The code snippet is available from the Talk Admin page in the Settings panel. You can add the button to your website by copying and pasting the snippet into the HTML code of your web page.
To add the code snippet to your website
- Click the snippet code to copy it to your clipboard.
- Paste the snippet into your website's HTML code to embed it.
- If required, edit the number in the code to change it to a different Zendesk Talk phone number.
Changing the phone number in the code snippet
To change the number to a different Zendesk Talk number you can edit the snippet code. Change the number after the href in the <a> tag and by change the number in the <span class=”desktop”> tag. The phone number must use the international format with, for example, a +1, +353, +44 prefix.
