We’ve been adding more exciting search features in the last couple of months. Here’s a quick overview:

Search across multiple Help Centers EAP is now open
Many of our customers support products across different brands, each with their own Help Center. While the brand experience should be different, the products are very similar and the knowledge base is shared.
Right now, when you search from within a Help Center, you only get results from that Help Center. For customers that do not want to duplicate articles across a large number of brands or Help Centers, it would be useful to return articles from the additional Help Centers.
Another scenario is the internal knowledge base, where each company department has its own Help Center. When an employee reaches the internal company portal, hosted on the default subdomain, it would be useful to get results from, let's say, the HR Help Center or additionally, the finance Help Center.
For these and other use cases, we’ve opened an EAP where you can fetch results from your additional Help Centers, when searching for a term in one particular Help Center.
Advanced support for Burmese and Khmer languages
We’ve added advanced language support for Burmese and Khmer, bringing the languages supported by Help Center search to 24.
Section title as a search field
We’ve added section title as a searchable field. This means that if your query term is not part of an article body, title, labels or comments, but it is part of the article section’s title, then the article still gets retrieved.
