Since spam tickets can come from different channels, it's important to precisely determine where these tickets are coming from.
Once you have located one spam ticket that can serve as a good sample, you can check the ticket Events to determine what channel the ticket is coming from, and which solution to adopt: I was hit by a spam attack. What do I do now?
To check ticket Events
- In a ticket, click Conversations under the active comment area, then select Events.
- Review the ticket events displayed.
