We are doing emergency maintenance at 05:15-05:25 UTC on our Chat database. Ongoing chats should not be impacted, however agents without an active session won’t be able to login and admin functionality may error. Chat History may take 30 mins to be backfilled.
On July 25 from July 25 5:15 AM UTC to 5:18 AM UTC, an unscheduled Chat maintenance was performed in order to increase memory allocation on the Chat database to prevent further customer impact.
