Root cause Analysis
This incident was caused by an issue affecting the OAuth client of our billing software provider.
This issue was resolved following a fix implemented by our vendor.
We continue to work toward improving the customer experience for billing, even during times of unavailability, and are increasing visibility across our systems to better monitor for external service errors.
