I am ready to upgrade from Insights to Explore. How can I see what reports I am running in Insights?
Before making the switch, make sure no data is lost by identifying all the running reports, dashboards and scheduled emails in your Insights.
- To see which reports in GoodData are custom reports, in GoodData click Reports. This page gives you a list of all the reports in your account. The reports with the padlock icon are the reports that were in your account by default. All the other reports were created by you or any other agent who has manage access to Insights.
- To see if a report is being used in a dashboard, open the report and click Show Configuration on the right-hand side of your screen. Under Report Usage, you can see the name of the dashboard if the report is embedded in any.
