Why aren't some articles returned when searching in the Help Center?
If you can see articles in the Manage articles () menu, but can't find them when searching in the Help Center, they may be in draft mode or reside in a section that was marked as draft.
To check if a section was marked as draft, access the section where the article resides, then click Edit section and unselect the Mark as draft option. See example below.
Otherwise, click Arrange content () and open the category where the section lives in. If the section title has a blue Draft label as in the below image, the section was marked as draft.
If any section in the hierarchy above the article is marked as draft, the article is also not visible, even if its parent section is not in a draft state.
