We are excited to announce the launch of Scheduled Publishing for Guide Enterprise.
Are you planning a launch or a customer event? Are processes for your customers changing? Do you just plan to take time off away from work?
Planning is an important part of maintaining your knowledge base, and with the new Scheduled Publishing feature in Guide, you can plan ahead for when content gets published. This means you no longer have to worry about calendar events or coordination work on the important day when your content is needed the most.
Scheduling articles to be published is easy and is available as an option in the Save button in the article editor.
All articles that you schedule for publishing will have a "Scheduled" badge in the article list in Guide Admin.
Additionally, you will be able to schedule and un-schedule articles in bulk in Guide Admin.

Scheduled Publishing is available on Guide Enterprise.
When will it be available?
We are starting rollout on Monday August 26th 2019 and expect it to be available to all eligible accounts within the week.
