How do I create a new single sign-on (SSO) password for LogMeIn Rescue?
Answer
The LogMeIn Rescue SSO Password is the API token used in the LogMeIn Rescue integration with Zendesk.
Instructions
- Open the LogMeIn Rescue Administrator Center
- Under Global Settings > Single Sign-On, define a new password
- Save the new password

Please can you give us an ETA of when the app will be available again? We use it quite a lot and it was one of the reasons we moved to Zendesk.

Logmein is great. Additionally, one can also use tools like R-HUB remote support, Teamviewer etc. for remotely accessing computers from anywhere anytime. They work well.
