When you move from Insights to Explore, you might notice some differences in the results you get from queries. Don’t worry, they are both displaying correct information. The differences are usually for one of the following reasons:
- Unlike Insights, Explore displays information in the viewer's timezone.
- Insights and Explore refresh their data at different intervals.
- If you've used Insights for a while, it might contain stale data, such as old groups, users, and SLA policies.
