On August 22, 2019 from 18:20 UTC to 01:44 UTC Support and Talk customers on Pod 12 were unable to load tickets in Support Views and experienced call failures to Zendesk Talk numbers.

Root cause Analysis
This incident was caused by a DNS configuration issue.
The DNS entries were fixed and services were restored.
