How do I control what Facebook activity creates tickets in Zendesk?
Any admin on your Zendesk account has the ability to control which type of Facebook activities create tickets.
To alter these settings
- Navigate to the Admin () icon > Channels > Facebook.
- For the Facebook account you wish to change the settings for, click edit.
- Review Editing your Facebook channel and select which activities create tickets through Facebook.
