    Hi there!

    We were grandfathered into Gather, and I'm checking it out here. In my environment, I don't see the specifics of the Moderation activities. Is there something I'm missing, or does something need to be toggled on my end? Let me know if you have any questions for me or need any further info. Thanks!

    Hi Mike,

    If you were grandfathered in and are therefore on Gather Legacy, you would not have access to the community moderator functionality; it's only available to those who upgrade to Gather Pro.

    Grandfathered/Guide Legacy plans will receive the Alias and @ mention features at no additional expense. Alias is now enabled in all accounts and @ mentions are rolling out over the next four weeks.

    Thanks for confirming that, Nicole.

    I did have one other head scratcher for you. I enabled a trial version on our sandbox environment and when I look at the Moderation activities, I see nothing showing up. I've since added some fictitious events in there to see if it will populate but still nothing. I created a moderator group and added them in, even with one being an end user, not staff. Is there something I'm missing?

    Hi Nicole/Brett,

    could you please advise how we could integrate Gather into our iOS mobile app ?

    We have integrated Guide but couldnt find any post/sdk or guidelines as how to integrate Gather.

    Hi Ismael, 

    We do not currently have an integration for Gather in the Mobile SDKs. There is a Help Center integration as a part of the Support SDK, but nothing specific to Gather. 

    However, you could check the Zendesk Marketplace for partners who might be able to build an integration for you.
