Zendesk will be performing maintenance on our Billing Portal on September 13, 14 and 15 in preparation for forthcoming product changes.
Maintenance Window :
START: Friday, Sep 13 at 4 pm PST (11 pm UTC)
END: Sunday, Sep 15 at 6 pm PST (1 am on Monday morning UTC)
All existing customers that have access to the Subscription interface.
Account owners will be unable to perform the following actions for brief periods during this window:
- Adjust Agent Quantity
- Adjust Plan Selection
- Cancel an account
- Add a new payment method
- Update a Billing Address
- Update Billing Contacts
- Viewing invoices
These restrictions apply to changes for all Zendesk products. Subscription changes are found in the following area:

We are working on our backend systems to improve customer experience.
Can new accounts be purchased during this time?
New trials can be created but these trials will not be able to convert to purchased accounts during this window.
