How can I automatically add the time when the ticket was created on the body of an email?
To automatically include the time when the ticket was created in the body of your email notifications, you can use the following placeholders.
Tickets created outside the current year only show the year when using the placeholder ticket.created_at. For example, tickets from 2018, only show 2018 and not the month and date.
